Dr. Dustin Roth
Dr. Dustin Roth is originally from Wayland, Iowa where he grew up with Hereford cattle, riding and draft horses, hogs, dogs and cats on the family farm. Dr. Roth attended Kirkwood Community College and received an Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Production Management, transferred to Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, before attending Iowa State University and graduating with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. He began working in Richland and Sigourney after graduation before purchasing the practice in 2011. Dr. Roth enjoys being outdoors, playing with his Labrador Retriever, Boone, and spending time hunting, fishing, riding horses and being with his fiancé, Jenny. His interests include all facets of veterinary medicine, especially soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and loves the variety that mixed rural practice provides.
Dr. Jeremi Wurtz
Dr. Jeremi Wurtz is originally from Valley, Nebraska where he grew up on a farm with 100 head of Simmental cattle and corn and bean production. He was involved in the everyday activities and the showing and selling of cattle as he grew up. Dr. Wurtz went to University of Nebraska-Lincoln for undergrad in Animal Science and Biochemistry and graduated from Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. His favorite animals have always been working with cattle but also enjoys working with sheep, goats, cats, dogs and horses. Dr. Wurtz enjoys being outside, hunting, watching college football and spending time with his wife Lara and their Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Draxxi .
Dr. Clint Hodson
Dr. Clint Hodson graduated from Indianola High School in 2006. He received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 2010, and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 2014. Dr. Hodson was born and raised on his family farm in Ackworth, Iowa. His family farm consists of 50 head of purebred shorthorns, and bucking stock. Being raised on a farm early in life instilled his love for animals and passion for veterinary medicine.
